ISO-20022 pacs.002 message. Information about a defund transaction status update.
Event type: global.rtgs.TransactionStatusNotificationV1
The transaction status is in TxInfAndSts[].TxSts. StsRsnInf[].Rsn carries either a
proprietary Prtry code or an ISO Cd, with AddtlInf providing a human-readable description.
Status transitions

ACSP | SettlementInProgress | Request sent to Realis Finance; settlement in progress. |
ACSC | SettlementCompletedDebitorAccount | Settlement complete; your network account has been debited. |
RJCT | FundsControllerValidationFailed | Purpose code missing or not in the Realis Finance supported list. The full reason is in StsRsnInf[].AddtlInf. |
RJCT | (Realis Finance reason) | Request rejected by Realis Finance. The reason is carried in StsRsnInf[].AddtlInf. |
