Issue a quote request V3

POST /v3/fx/quote/request

FIX 4.4 compatible proprietary message. Requests an FX quote from the TransferMate Funds Controller.

TransferMate-specific behaviour:

Body.Symbol must be in <base>/<quote> format, and both currencies must have a TransferMate global account. Where the symbol cannot be parsed, or a currency has no global account, no quote is produced and TransferMate reports Invalid FX symbol '<symbol>' or No global account found for <currency codes>.
Body.PaymentMode must be Immediate. A request with Later passes request validation and is accepted with 202, but TransferMate rejects it asynchronously with Unsupported payment mode 'Later', only Immediate is supported.
Body.Side determines which amount field to set. A fixed buy amount is not supported. For a Sell, set Body.OrderQty to the base currency amount to sell; Body.OrderQty2 must be omitted. For a Buy, set Body.OrderQty2 to the quote currency amount to spend; Body.OrderQty must be omitted.
The 202 response returns a Header.TargetCompanies entry whose TargetCompType is FundsController and whose TargetCompTypeId is the TransferMate Funds Controller code, trnfmte. That entry carries the account identifiers to use on the follow-up exchange request.
TransferMate network account identifiers are prefixed TRM and are not IBANs, so both account types on that entry are Other.
The quote's ValidUntilTime, delivered on the Quote event V3, is TransferMate's estimated rate expiry less a 30 second buffer. Exchange requests must be submitted before that time.
