Event emitted for the Participant when a funds controller could not provide a quote for a quote request. No quote will follow from that funds controller.
A quote request that is not addressed to a funds controller is sent to every funds controller that holds both currencies for you, so you can receive this event alongside quotes from other funds controllers. Header.SenderCompId identifies the funds controller that could not quote, and Body.ErrorText is its explanation.
