FIX 4.4 compatible proprietary message. Initiate the process to gather quotes.

A fixed buy amount is not supported. When Side is Buy, set OrderQty2 to the quote currency amount and omit OrderQty. When Side is Sell, set OrderQty to the base currency amount and omit OrderQty2. Amounts must have exactly the currency's ISO 4217 number of decimal places, for example 10000.00 for USD.
